*The refundable security deposit secures the date of the event. Please note that in the event of cancellation, the BGCAA will refund your deposit in full if you notify us at least 30 days in advance of your scheduled event date. We will refund 50% of your deposit if you notify us at least 15 days in advance of your scheduled event date. If you do not notify the BGCAA of cancellation at least 15 days prior to your scheduled event date, we will not be obligated to refund any part of your deposit. Upon satisfaction of lease agreement, security deposits will be refunded on the following Monday of the event.
